Fees & Financial Policies

Dr. Bates Freed currently sees only a limited number of patients in her fee-for-service practice.

 

She is not a Medicare provider or in-network for private insurance companies. However, she can provide you with itemized Super Bills for submission to insurance companies that reimburse for out-of-network providers.

Fees: 

• Initial psychiatric diagnostic evaluation: $250

• Psychotherapy (individual or family, in-person or teletherapy)

  • 60 minutes: $250

  • 45 minutes: $187.50

  • 30 minutes: $125

• Group therapy: $50 per session

The office accepts cash, major credit cards, or personal checks.
